Breathwork Isn’t What You Think It Is

Breathwork Isn’t What You Think It Is

Just about everything you think you know about breathwork is wrong.

You don’t need a special technique, guided audio, or app.

You don’t need to set aside time, find a quiet room, or close your eyes.

And you don’t need to do it “right.”

You’re breathing all the time - you just need to notice it.

That’s the practice.

One conscious inhale.

A slightly longer exhale.

A shift in your nervous system.

It won’t be dramatic, but it will happen.

Your shoulders will drop a half inch as you realize you’ve been “holding” your breath for the last four hours.

You already know how to breathe, you’ve just forgotten you can do it on purpose.

Try it right now.

Seriously - one breath. Slow the exhale down. Notice what happens.

That's breathwork.

If you liked how that felt, you’ll love how it feels to do it for 10 minutes.

Join me for a free 10-Minute Reset this Wednesday on Zoom.

No technique required. No camera needed.
