FAQ’s
-
No. This course is designed for beginners and the mindfulness-curious. You’ll be gently guided every step of the way.
-
You don’t need to. Truly. A wandering mind is part of the practice. I’ll teach you how to work with it, not fight it.
-
a short teaching
a guided practice (nothing too long or intimidating)
space to reflect and ask questions
a wonderful sense of community amongst us in the room

That’s actually why you should come. This is about finding little pockets of peace in the middle of your real, full life. Each class is only an hour on Sundays.

Yes. Not by changing your life overnight, but by giving you the tools to meet yourself and your life with more steadiness, clarity and compassion.
Meet Your Guide—Lauren Abrams.
Hi, I’m Lauren—mindfulness teacher, podcast host of 52 Weeks of Hope, and a passionate advocate for helping you pause, breathe, and remember who you are.
I've walked through burnout and come out the other side—with practical tools, deep self-compassion, and the joy of being fully present. I created this course to share that transformation with you.
I believe you happened on here for a reason. You don’t have to do it perfectly. You just have to begin.
Come as you are. No pressure. No perfection.
Just presence, practice and a community of real humans showing up for themselves. It’s easy (you just sit!). I’d love to have you.
“I’ve been meditating for many years but am less familiar with mindfulness practices. I found a much deeper leel of awareness with Lauren’s teachings and guidance. You always came prepared with incredible info, inspo, wonderful quotes, stories, and most of all an authentic and honest approach.”
“I love the variety in each practice, the way you guided each meditation and the way you facilitated group connection. I ove your openness to everyone. You help make meditation from a chore/task into a beautiful practice that I can own.”
“Thank you so much, Lauren. I felt truly safe and supported. Love your depth, plus your sense of humor. I found it very easy to get into the meditations you lead (and it’s usually very difficult for me to get into meditation) Great job!!”
