It’s Time to Find What Lights You Up (Confidence & Clarity Boost Session)

It’s Time to Find What Lights You Up (Confidence & Clarity Boost Session)

In this week’s Confidence & Clarity Boost Session, I’m sitting down with Nalinie to discuss the obstacles that are keeping her from her dreams of travel, career clarity, friendship, and more, as well as some action steps to help her get where she dreams to be. We explore the practical importance of affirmations a few minutes a day and how to adjust how we view time with others based on what works for our lives.

“Look in your eyeballs and say out loud, ‘I love you. I am a worthy person. I’ve got this. I have such a wonderful partner…’ Because we attract what we are.”

– Lauren (8:03)

As a successful woman in her field, she feels immense gratitude for what has already come to her. Still, we talk about the importance of grounding yourself through journaling, meditation, affirmations, and more each day to combat the occasional imposter syndrome. Everything is possible in your life if you put in the work to manifest it. Abundance, joy, love, etc., are all around the corner once you find what lights you up!

“Think about  what just lights up your insides. You’re talented in so many areas. It’s a feeling of what lights you up more than everything else.” – Lauren (22:15)

In this episode:
